Combat Cardio is a fast paced, heart pumping work out that combines various striking and kicking techniques and strength training exercises to increase health, lower your BMI, and make you feel great! Get fit and learn self defense skills while having fun! Our Combat curiculum also teaches practical defense skills and provides a platform for transition into our traditional marital arts programs if desired.
