Four Dragons Kwok Wu Chuen is affiliated with the USA Master's Academy in Canandaigua, NY under Master Ken Kuek. Our students have competed in international, as well as local tournaments and have had many opportunities to travel outside the U.S. to represent the United States. The Kwok Wu Chuen martial arts system combines various aspects and techniques from all martial arts by unifying them into one practical and easy to learn system. Kwok Wu Chuen training places emphasis on individual awareness and consciousness and the underlying philosophy is to respect and preserve life. Through their training students devlop physically, mentally, and spiritually as well as learn the art of self-defense and protection. Four Dragons trains the Body, Mind, Spirit, and Character.

Kwok Wu Chuen

Kwok Wu Chuen is comprised of the following martial arts styles: Traditional & Olympic Tae Kwon Do, Shaolin Chuen (Kung Fu), Chin-Na Defensive Techniques, and Chi-Kung (Qi-Qong). The Kwok Wu Chuen system also incorporates various techniques and combative philosophies of Karate, Tai Boxing, Hapkido, Aikido, Jeet Kune Do, and others.

Our Master Instuctor, Ken Kuek, has more than thirty-five years martial arts experience, and is an internationally recognized Master instructor in the martial arts.

Our Chief Instructor

Our Chief Instructor, Heidi Wilmott, has more than 29 years combined experience in the martial arts and is a Level III Certified Senior Instructor. She currently holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt in both Kwok Wu Chuen and Tae Kwon Do, a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Shotokan Karate, and a 1st Degree Black Belt in Ju Jitsu. All USA Masters Academy Instuctors are certified and are required to have CPR training.

Student Oath
