Learn the exciting ancient Chinese martial art of fitness, wellness, and longevity. Tai
Ji is a soft, light and agile martial art system suitable for both men and women. It is particularly beneficial for mature
adults. This slow, gentle, rhythmic exercise has the following benefits:

- Students will wear Tai Ji Top and white Pants.
- Students will line up for the opening and closing of the lesson.
- Students will bow and salute the flag and instructor before and after
the lesson.
Students will shake the instructors hand after the closing of the lesson.
- Students may obtain a Certificate of Attendance after the required number of lessons have been
completed and the student assessed.
- Serious students
may request to attend intensive Tai Ji Clinics, held by the Master Instructor, to become certified in Tai Ji Chuen.
- Students must register annually with the Kwok Wu Chuen Martial Arts Association.
In addition to monthly tuition the following

Tai Ji Clinics & Certification
- Students who would like to be certified must attend
a Tai Ji clinic conducted by Sifu Kuek or authorized instructor.
- Each clinic is about 90-180 minutes and there is nominal fee.
- Clinics are formal events and traditional uniform must be worn.
- If you reach the Intermediate 1 level you will be a system Mentor, if you reach the Intermediate 5 level you will
be a system Coach.
- At Advanced 4 level, upon
completion of the Instructorship Course, you will be a certified instructor in our system.
- To maintain certification you must attend a clinic once in each 6 month period.
