Achieving the honor of Black Belt takes hard work, perseverance, and the willingness to face the challenges that come
with personal growth. Students of Kwok Wu Chuen need patience and determination as well as faith in themselves and their
teachers; and more than anything else, need to be committed to becoming a Black Belt.
The Excellence Club is a special program designed to give the ultimate Martial Arts training experience to students who
have Black Belt as a goal. Members of this prestigious program receive many benefits including discounts on equipment and
school sponsored events, an Excellence Club uniform, and extra classes each month.
The objective of the Excellence Club is to help students attain their personal best by utilizing the Black Belt Success
Cycle to set goals, develop a training plan, and set up check-points along the way; and we always strive to develop a students
personal skills and cultivate character traits that will enhance their ability to be successful in all areas of life.
Committment to the Excellence Club requires DEDICATION, MOTIVATION, DISCIPLINE, and LOYALTY. Acceptance into the Club
is dependant upon student performance, parent and teacher recommendations, and instructors approval. Those students who are
near their goal of Black Belt and plan to continue their training become members of the Masters Club.
